Tone and shape beginner to intermediate gym Program



The tone and shape gym plan is developed specifically for the continued progress of a post – beginner level lifter! This program offers the exact workout day-by day to ensure that you get the most out of your gym time! Weight training is essential for that lean look, this program offers that!

This program is a 4-day per week training program consisting of 2 upper body days and 2 lower body days.

It is organized as follows:

Monday- upper STRENGTH
Tuesday- lower HYPERTROPHY
Wednesday- off/Cardio
Thursday- upper HYPERTROPHY
Friday- lower STRENGTH
Saturday & Sunday- off/Cardio
