I just feel like there is a massive need for people to understand that dieting isn’t something you have to hate, even that word- dieting, ugh. That is why I named this book The Anti-Diet, it is a way of getting people to understand that food is what keeps us alive and going and that we should be conscious about what (and how much) we put in our mouths. I feel that the reason people fail at achieving a healthy weight is because of a lack of flexibility and more obvious a lack of commitment and hopefully after you have read this book you will see how easy it can be and start with your journey to health.
